European Union and United Kingdom Residents

The GDPR and UK GDPR require us to specify our legal basis for processing personal data:

  • Consent: Processing based on your explicit permission for specific purposes. You may withdraw consent anytime by contacting support@saveapps.co.

  • When produced during employment, business, or professional activities and collection aligns with original purposes
  • For journalistic, artistic, or literary purposes
  • When publicly available and regulation-specified

4. INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

Sharing Circumstances:

  • Corporate Transactions: Information may be shared during merger negotiations, asset sales, financing, or business acquisitions.

Personal data is kept only for the duration necessary to fulfill Privacy Notice purposes, unless extended retention is legally required or permitted (such as for tax, accounting, or legal requirements). No purpose requires retaining personal data beyond your account lifespan with us.

When we no longer have legitimate business need to process your personal data, we delete or anonymize it. If deletion isn’t possible (such as with backup archives), we securely store and isolate the information from further processing until deletion becomes feasible.

6. SECURITY SAFEGUARDS

Overview: We protect your personal data through comprehensive technical and organizational security measures.

We’ve implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect processed personal information. However, no internet transmission or storage technology guarantees 100% security. We cannot promise that hackers, cybercriminals, or unauthorized parties won’t defeat our security and improperly access, collect, steal, or modify your information. While we strive to protect your personal data, transmission to and from our Platform occurs at your own risk. Access our Platform only in secure environments.
